Everyone has their own idea of how he wants to spend his annual holiday favorite. Some people like it to be active on vacation and enjoy it, to do sports such as mountain climbing or biking. Others like it, every day on vacation a museum to visit and stroll from one church to the next palace through the city. These are not options for me to spend my free time.

An ideal vacation for me is a wonderful villa with pool in the South of France to rent, preferably enjoyed at the Coted'Azur and luxury by the pool reading my book while my kids play in the garden. In the evening I would like to go out and visit in the area one of the top Michelin Star restaurants to enjoy a sumptuous 7-course menu with accompanying wines. The next day, we can then go to the nearby beach for lunch and a steak Tartaressen, the raw tartare meat dish that tastes so good only in France. After a lazy day on which I have watched my children while building a sand castles, we drive back to our rented villa with pool in France, hold briefly at the butcher to buy good steaks and sausages for the BBQ.
